“We were there for two nights. The room was very nice and comfortable. I would say that it was very functional rather than palatial. But the bed was comfortable and there was enough space for two people. The staff and management were very helpful in responding to a couple of requests we had,. Thank you for that. I had checked if there was a kettle in the room and knew that this was not usually provided. However, a response by the hotel from a previous comment said that complimentary tea and coffee was provided on the ground floor. But when we enquired this was not the case. The manager we spoke to said this had never been provided. So, to be clear, there is no kettle normally provided in the room and no complimentary tea or coffee provided. That said, the manager did provide us with a kettle and cups on request for which we were very grateful”
