“This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. Very private location but with exceptional grounds. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They arranged restaurants, pick ups and absolutely everything seamlessly. This is an absolute gold standard Richard Branson estate. Bartholomew the customer experience manager was a shout out for his excellent help. I am also incredibly grateful that he managed to organise a room for my one days conference calls! Only one thing really… I would have liked more variability in the menus. We were there for 6 days and ultimately it was a bit samey. I would have liked a couple of chefs options for each meal including maybe a breakfast special. A little more choice and variety. Apart from that it was an amazing stay”
