“Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, with limited variety and meals that often seemed badly prepared and below the standard expected from a hotel of this category. The customer service was equally disappointing, as many staff members appeared uninterested in helping guests, and requests were often handled slowly or not addressed at all. We did not feel welcomed or valued during our stay, which greatly affected our overall experience. While the hotel has potential, the poor food quality and lack of professional customer service make it difficult for us to recommend it. We hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests”
