“The vending machines in the entrance were very handy. The staff were welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. The location was central and only 20 minutes to the places we wanted to visit. Our room was ready early so we were able to leave our heavy bags in the room before heading into the town. There is a stunning park a 20 minute walk away. The bedding and pillows looked brand new. Stunning sea view and large window. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal was good. The lift was very quick! There were coffee stains on the floor. We had not been left towels (staff rectified this as soon as they were told) the mini fridge did not seem. cold. We returned to our room to find workmen doing something in the ceiling and had to sit in reception for "ten more minutes" which ended up being 40. There was a telephone in the room but were not given any info about using it to contact reception. There appeared to be mould gathered in corners and under sealant in the shower cubical.”
