“We have just returned from an 11 night stay. I cannot fault the amazing staff at this hotel. They really are very accommodating and seem happy in their workplace. They went above and beyond when I had to make a last minute change to our booking to include my daughter. I cannot single out any member as they all work tirelessly to make sure your stay is amazing! This is my 4th visit to Tenerife and by far the best accommodation Ive stayed in ( previously staying in 4star properties). The food choices weren't always to our liking for dinner but you can change this to dine at lunch time if you would rather, and have bar snacks. The hotel is spotlessly clean. It is quite quiet during the day so suited to couples or maybe families with older children. I would return due to the fabulous staff and location of the hotel. The fact that its within walking distance to, Las Americas, Puerto Colon and Adeje is just a bonus.”
