“Room 1156 and 1160, Starting from reception, usually helpful in anything u ask for, thanks to mr.ahmed and the front disk manager. Clean and tidy rooms , cleaning service was excellent everyday . Restaurant was clean, staff was very helpful , smily and very attentive , food was of excellent quality , varied and delicious . Pools are exceptionally clean , landscaping is great. Aqua park is good though not massive but it was nice. Beach is exceptional for those who like snorkelling with excellent living reef and varied coloured fish, sandy beach for kids , easily accessible by shuttle bus working throughout the day in addition to golf cars at night. Complimentary service free of charge for airport transport is excellent. Rooms lights need improvement , it is very dark at night , u may not differentiate colors of ur clothes even. Kids club working hours is completely unreliable, usually working with the same working hours of aqua park only 4 hours per day, i suggest changing it to be in between breaks of aqua park hours. Animation team is almost non existent. At night there is alot of flies/butterflies everywhere, need more pest control. No interconnected rooms in the whole resort, reception couldnt get 2 adjacent rooms for my family which could be arranged earlier before arrival. Beach is crowded , sometimes ( not usually) it is hard to find a place .”
