“The staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, starting from the security staff at the gate, the reception team, restaurant staff, chefs, and guest relations team. Their continuous follow-up and willingness to assist with any request during my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and clear water, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable, with a lovely decor that made me feel relaxed. The hotel's location is also a great advantage, being close to many attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Another great benefit was having access to the aqua park and facilities at Sharm Dreams, which added more entertainment options. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have a larger and more spacious main restaurant, especially during busy times.”
