“upgraded room was spacious, in house restaurant food is good. great for those who seek no noise. pleasant reception personnel. beach has high waves unlike most marsa matrouh and grawla area beaches who have white sandy beaches and transparent clam sea waves. which meant i went all the way from and to Cairo for 800km (8hour drive) to end up with no transparent water beach as reviews and pictures indicated; to find out that the resort has no other activities but the sea and the pool and 1 restaurant with periods for dining in. So, i had to make day visits to Safir hotel and day use there for a better beach. which meant another long distance drive. the entire beach experience is not what I expected. also my worries on changing the means of payment upon arrival of not informing the booking and thus wining the rewards was not met with a mere email.”
