“Very disappointed. Hotel/bedroom and pool areas need a huge overhaul and modernisation. Room is not too bad but not what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Rust on bathroom unit, furniture outdated and limited facilities for tea/coffee etc. Pool loungers are old and the tablea are rusty and old. The only place currently open to eat is the buffet, none of the other restaurants are open despite the website stating they are open all year round. Pool.bars are not good, need a good upgrade, they are not open in evening so only place you can get a drink is main lobby and its packed so cant sit anywhere. Cocktails are not great quality and just served in a plastic cup,. No luxury to any of it. No atmosphere in the hotel. Food in buffet is basic and repetitive to say the least but as there is nowhere else to go there is no choice. Overall not what I expected and the webaite is deceiving people into thinking its 5 star luxury with many year round dining options and this is not the case.”
