“We had a really amazing stay at Serenity Alpha Beach. The food was amazing, the shows were funny, the animation team was really friendly and entertaining and the variety of activities were also great. One member of staff especially stood out for us. Mahmoud (the guy in the picture) , who worked at the Lobby bar, was always really friendly, quick with the drinks and also with a joke. He made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside in the hotel, were the parrots who were entrapped in a small cage. Not only did we feel really sorry for them, as they are birds that should be free, but furthermore they were really loud, especially in the morning, and on top of that, certain hotel guests were extremely disrespectful and harassed the birds. Overall however I can only recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing and fun holiday.”
