“Good food. Evening entertainment. Nice room. The staff couldn't communicate in English and this led to lot of issues. The tour agents recommended by the cruise was not good. No clear instructions were given about the tour. We paid for English speaking guided but the quality was not good. We were abandoned.. Wouldn't recommend to book tours through them. The check out process was not clear and we left our phone charger in the room. I contacted the cruise but no response. Can provide more valor for the money spent.”
