“Efficiently oversee all necessary amenities for the comfort of any traveler. The pool, beach, and rooms are well-maintained with a pleasant sea view. My room was upgraded to a family room, much to the delight of my children and wife. The wifi issue was promptly resolved. The staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Hassan, the front manager, was very helpful in meeting all our needs. Overall, everything was satisfactory. I was particularly impressed by the resort's animation team, who did an excellent job in entertaining and accommodating all guests. I look forward to returning soon. It is recommended to enhance the all-inclusive package by improving the quality of beer and adding local craft beer options, similar to other resorts. This suggestion is made with the intention of enhancing the overall experience. Everything else is highly commendable.”
