“We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. We've stayed at many hotels before, but what made this one stand out was the exceptional staff and their genuine hospitality. . A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim at the reception. He accommodated all of our needs and went above and beyond our expectations. He arranged an early check-in and a late check-out for us, always checked in to see if we needed anything, When one of our family members became sick, he and the entire staff showed genuine care and kept following up, which we really appreciated. The restaurant staff were all friendly and smiling, and the housekeeping team was always attentive, , helpful, and constantly asking if we needed anything. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and never felt crowded, which made our stay even more relaxing. Food quality was great, and the sea was amazing for snorkeling. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back again, Highly recommended!”
