A special thank you goes to Mr. Hamza,room 1302 who took care of us throughout our entire stay. He was always helpful, attentive, and friendly. He made sure everything was perfect, assisted whenever we needed anything, and helped create a great atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty dishes. Everything was clean, organized, and the staff were always polite and professional. What I appreciated most was that nobody was pushy – the service was respectful and focused on making guests feel comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you for making my vacation so enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to spending another fantastic time here.”
