“The hotel has had major refurbishments and improvements including new rooms and a swimming pool and terrace area.I came here for 3 nights stay, it started abit rocky as the pictures for my room on booking.com was for there family room and not the room i actually booked, theres a error on booking.com its not the hotel doing it on purpose but the wrong rooms picture is under the wrong room type otherwise the room does exist however omar was very professional in handling the situation, as you can imagine i wasn’t to happy but he done what he could and i was given the room next to the swimming pool (803 amazing room) which turned out a even better experience then i originally planned.. everything happens for a reason they sayThe hotel is very clean and safe they have cctv all around the place and people at the entrance at all timesThere is a 24 hour pharmacy and local shops within a 3-5 min walkThe food and quality of products is high and the service from all staff is amazing you can order food and drinks from their menu to if you prefer not leaving the hotel.From the laundry guy to the life guard they are all good people with pure intentions and very professional in their behaviour and ethics for work.Tipping is how people make there money in Egypt but these guys was doing it purely out of the goodness of there hearts and to make sure there guests had a good time. They didn’t expect/ask for tips which was a bonus as it should come from the guests own free will so make sure you tip accordingly its how they take money home and make major part of there living.I want to thank everybody but especially Mini ahmed (he helps with bags & cleaning)Ahmed roof top bar personel And omar yusuf and aya for there professional behaviour and smiling faces at reception.I booked my pyramid tours via reception omar was the one to help me and the tour guide was amazing and i had a lovely time Next time im in Egypt this is my hotel for sure Highlyrecommend. Just the photos of mountain view room needs to be changed as its showing the family suite its not the room in the picture but the room does exists its just the wrong picture is on the wrong room type”
