“At first there was some confusion about my booking during my check in, however the hotel manager was very professional and was able to solve the issue quickly. The owner of the hotel also, later apologized the for the confusion and the hotel covered my dinner to compensate the incidence. overall , the management team is excellent along with the staff of the hotel who welcomed me with fresh Juice and later helped me to go to the train station. I suggested for guests to insist to talk to the manager if problem arises during check-in before trying to solve anything with front desk staff, the manager is very professional and keen to the satisfaction of the guest. Overall the hotel provided excellent service and the location in at the center 3 minutes drive from the train station.”
