“The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Cristina from Guest Relations. I decided to extend my stay for an additional night largely because of the care and attention she provided. On the second day, she was once again extremely kind and thoughtful, bringing me a sweet and a rose and doing everything possible to help with my requests. Due to an emergency, my flight was brought forward and I had to cancel the second part of my trip. Cristina helped me think through the best options, arranged a complimentary late check-out until 2:00 p.m., and offered to store my luggage. She was always warm, proactive, and genuinely committed to finding solutions. The rest of the team was also very attentive, including the housekeeping staff, and several employees kindly spoke with me before I left. The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection and quality. There was nothing significant to complain about during this stay. Any request or unexpected situation I had was handled with kindness and professionalism, especially by Cristina.”
