“Clean, good location, spacious Travelled with a dog which includes extra fee. They forgot to send invoice and due to that we were not able to get codes to enter apartment (it was nowhere written that invoice must by paid, just “try tomorrow” message..). Took an hour to solve this mess - calling support multiple times just led to “pay invoice” (which we didn't had and only received after an hour of wait..), chatting with support also is a waste because its AI. During this time we were waiting with luggage in parking tired after long travel…”
