“Nothing wrong with the hotel per se. I did not have a chance to see a room because when I got there they told me they did not have a room available so I had to find another hotel on the spot. Apart from the fact that they did not give me a room, the hotel manager was quite rude and did not offer any support. He just said it was booking.com fault (which evidently was not) and washed his hands of the whole thing. I found another accommodation on my own 30 minutes walk from there. The morning after I saw that they did though charge my credit card for the full 5 days even if they did not accommodate me. I had to go back there and it took me another hour to have them refund me (after calling bookin.com customer service, who by the way are of great support). Very bad experience. Hotel to avoid at all costs.”
