“The staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a higher room because there was early morning noise coming from the exercise studio on the second floor. The rooftop pool bar was a fun place to hang out. The staff and view at the bar were special. Even on the 8th floor, we heard the thumping of the music from the exercise classes at 8am. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the hotel is very good.”
