“Location is convenient for where we needed to be. Food at the restaurant was good, I don't often leave negative reviews, but travelers should be warned about this place. Especially if you need handicap accommodation. They advertise on the Booking site "entire unit wheelchair accessible." But the room we stayed in and another we were shown have bathrooms that are not wheelchair accessible, in any international sense of the term. It was late in the day so we stayed but checked out 2 days early. The owners refused to refund the 2 nights we didn't stay, even though the place was empty (I saw no other guests). Horrible customer service. Also be warned none of the rooms have AC - it's the hot and humid Caribbean, AC is expected at this price point. The restaurant is down 1 full set of stairs with a steep ramp beside it, requires 2 people to get a wheelchair up or down. WiFi is weak, but the owners said my laptop was the problem. They are in denial, my laptop and phone connected just fine at the previous property and at the next one. Not recommended, there are much better options in the area.”
