“The staff we encountered were so helpful,welcoming and took care of us, knowing my husband returned to Denmark after leaving with his family 70 years ago when he was a young boy. The staff...Took good care of us. Thank you. Gave us a lovely room, thank you. We left my neck cushion behind, was it found please?.... it was Cabeau Evolution S3 Travel pillow, it rolls up into a ball with clip on it. Left in our large room overlooking Aarhus, One of our Danish Family could pick it up for me. If you let me know. Thank you. We recommend this accommodation highly. It is accessible to shops and the city, easy walk around. No coffee or tea facilities in rooms but we could get free hot water for our tea, at reception. We appreciated that, travellers like this in their rooms. It was wonderful being back in Aarhus, where my husband grew up. Bed requires mattress protector, mattress had stains on it.Pilliws need covers to. As I always strip bed and leave everything neat for the cleaners, when we leave our accommodations, I then saw the stains on mattress. We always use mattress and pillow protectors in Australia in accommodations. Everything else was great. Thank you.”
