“Cost is relatively less There were 2 problems I want to highlight. 1. The owner/receptionist was very rude and racist. The internet in the hotel was not working. When I asked her, her answer was “I am not a technician, I cannot do anything”. But same question was asked by another German, she answered very politely and apologised for the inconvenience. There were other incidents at the breakfast time too. She tried to talk to me in very loud manner to answer my questions as though I am not allowed to talk at all. 2. The telephone in the hotel does not work at all, though they provided phone number, no body pickup or attends your call. Same goes with email, no prompt answers. Highly unreliable communication with the hotel.”
