“The breakfast seemed to be a reasonable price. Near the main station The most dissatisfying part of staying here, is that the extra costs aren't explicitly written anywhere before you make an unrefundable booking. So know, that you have to pay for each set of bedsheets and each towel separately, 4.5 and 3 euros respectively, and for every day also the Kurtax 3.5 euros per person per day, which is also not written anywhere. For a family staying here, these prices could become ridiculous. There is no shampoo, the room description didn't match what we received, the facilities don't match the price in general. As a hostel, it is much more expensive, and not of comparable quality to other average hostels. Also important to note, the shared space is only available during certain working hours. The customer service wasn't inherently bad, but I also can't call it a positive experience. I'm very disappointed, and regret booking. Better to book an actual hotel, the extra costs anyway bloat the price.”
