“CATASTROPHIC - Worst travel experience ever I booked through booking.com with the pet option selected. A few days later got a written confirmation, the stay is confirmed. Apparently, the hotel wrote me later through booking.com, that they are not allowing dogs. Being on tge road, I do not check mails regularly. Fact is, after a 10 hour drive, we did arrive at the property and are not accepted. Worse, the property is not refunding our reservation and are not helping to find an alternative. Staff absolutely unfriendly with no empathy. Recommend to stay AWAY”
