“Great location next to U-Bahn and bus stops. Restaurants and coffee nearby. Worst: No one onsite even though posted signs say staffed until 15:00. Not on Saturday or Sunday of my stay. Posted phone number not answered, nor the number in the booking email. When I got locked out of my room (definitely my fault), it took over two hours to get help, and then only through the kindness of a stranger. Bad: No breakfast despite signs with hours posted. Check-in email said no breakfast unless minimum of 4 booked and that I'd be notified if not available. I was not notified either day and received no response to my messages the night before requesting breakfast. Inconvenient: elevator only goes to 3rd floor (4th for Americans). Room was one floor up. Might matter a lot to someone with mobility issues. I had an injured leg so it was difficult. Bottom line: if you advertise staff on-site, then have someone on-site or at least answer your telephone. Serve breakfast or notify guests if you can't.”
