“It was in the area where we needed to stay for our appointment for the following day. Check in went well, fast easy no issues. We dropped all our things in the room and headed downstairs to enjoy dinner in the hotel restaurant, we waited at entrance at the door as there was a sign that said to please wait to be seated, 25 min later i walked towards the back where i discovered a nice outside area. I asked the waiter if we can sit inside and he said no they are only serving outside tonight, i asked if there was an area that is non smoking, which to he replied no, smoking is allowed everywhere, i mentioned that this is not ideal as we have a 9 year old daughter. We reluctantly sat down and looked at the menu, another 20 minutes went by and no one had come to ask for our drink order, so we just left. The following morning at breakfast my wife was waiting around to be seated as i packed the car, after waiting 12 minutes she just sat down, only to be rudely told to move as that table had no cutlery. We all went to dish up at their buffet, which was a joke! When my wife tried to push the button to make a cappuccino a waiter again rudely spoke to her stop stop, it apparently needed milk. I told him in my broken German that they are super rude! The room was ok, we booked a family room with one double bed and a single bed, the carpets were quite dirty, other then that it was ok. VERY disappointing experience!”
