“Location was good. Very close to the beach and beautiful view of the sunset. Beds were very comfortable and room was a good size and clean. Good breakfast although bit expensive. Reception was not staffed when I arrived or the day after. But when they were there, they were very friendly. It was a bit unclear to me how to use the amenities since it was not clear what actually belonged to the hotel and what is part of Düsen Therme. Would have been nice to have bathingrobes to be able to wear at the therme and walk from hotel room to the Therme. You are not able to book massages from the reception but have to do it via the homepage of Therme which is a bit cumbersome since its not user friendly layout.”
