“The location of the hotel is stunning with the backdrop of Zugsptize and Lake Eibsee right outside your bedroom window. We enjoyed that all the food and drink, and facilities were all included so we didn’t have to worry about payment. In addition the selection of wines and prosecco was incredible and the food was superb every night. My only note about the room would be about the beds. My husband and I booked a double room and they were two single beds pushed together. Maybe a little more explanation about the “Luxury All In” package when you check in at reception. It was a little confusing knowing what was included in the package with us being automatically opted in, some waiters trying to charge us, and not knowing exactly if it was already included in the hotel charge or if we had to pay an additional charge at the end of the stay. (We ended up with a bill of £20 euros per person per day, which we were happy to pay 😊)”
