Locally inspired and impressively implemented. The design concept is an elegant fusion of styles with a unique, recognizable the niu character. A real one-of-a-kind. At the inviting and cosy living lobby you can find antique-modern as well as rustic-pompous elements: brass, dark wood and leather sharpen the contrast to the modern Scandi interior. With the colour red the niu Sparrow sets skilful accents on all floors and thus cleverly underlines the Regensburg city arm. The artist collective Guapo Sapo has made another colourful move and mixes up the Middle Ages with their graphic murals.
