“It was an apartment with 3 rooms. It had a vacuum cleaner for cleaning, which saved our stay! After almost 3 months, I am finally putting my review of this apartment here. I can undoubtedly tell you that this has been the WORST experience ever with any accommodation that I had around the world. I was misled by the high rating of this apartment, which I didn’t notice during the booking that it was mainly reviewed by one person with full 10 points (15 out of 17 reviews). I leave it to your imagination what the real rating would be based on my comments below. We came late to the apartment by 20:00 hrs on 02-Aug-24 and spent around 2 hours cleaning the apartment first. One of my kids is allergic to dust, and this apartment was not good for them at all. • Spider webs and spiders were in almost every corner of 3 rooms, kitchen, toilet and bathroom (see photos #1-12; you may want to zoom to see the web as these are night photos). I even felt a spider on my legs on the first night, after which I couldn't sleep. Only because of the vacuum cleaner in the apartment, I was able to catch most spiders in the night. Kids were terrified of spiders. • Bathroom had a stinking smell inside, and we found mold fungus between the tiles and above the ceiling, which was not pleasing (see photos #13-15) • Floors were in general dirty and not cleaned well. The socks worn by my little kid after one hour can be seen in the picture (see photo #16). The rest of us were wearing sandals, which after washing back at home had lots of dirt (I missed taking a photo of the dirt from the tub) • Water boiler in the kitchen was not cleaned properly. When I filled in water, soap bubbles came up (see photo #16) • Vacuum cleaner was in a dirty condition as well (see photo #17) In general, the apartment was in poor hygienic conditions and doesn’t look shiny as in the photos now. The operators were not customer friendly at all when I contacted them, and they only offered me 5% compensation, which I didn’t take.”
