“The location is excellent - very near the centre of town but tucked away in a quiet street opposite a small park. A nicely decorated hotel with large rooms, extremely comfortable beds and effective air conditioning, which was necessary in the heat! We would certainly stay here again while in Mainz. And the receptionist who checked us in was lovely and super helpful. It would be useful to increase staffing at busy times at the bar and breakfast. Service could be slow as staff (who were all friendly and professional) were dealing with too much at once.”
