“The location is central and the rooms have a nice view to trees. I unfortunately had to spend my first night in a fairly dirty room. When I discovered the insect in my bed, and noticed that the sheets were already used and stained, the staff at the reception apologized and got them changed. During this procedure, I left my room and went to the city center for dinner. When I came back, I noticed that the dirt was not limited to the bed sheets; there was dust, hair, etc. in several parts of the room and it was too late to do anything, as it was already 19h when I first arrived. So, I had to spend my first night in a dirty room. The next day, I found another staff at the breakfast area; she received via Whatsapp, over her personal number, the photos that I took from the room, apologized and helped me get my room cleaned. I am writing this comment down because when all these things were happening, I received a message from the manager who asked me to rate the hotel with an 8 and reach out to her if I had any problems with facilities instead of writing it down on Booking. I texted back to tell her what happened. I also called that number multiple times. All these were during the operation hours but nobody responded. I was just lucky to have found two interested and helpful staff who handled my situation. And after the room was cleaned, the management who sent that message never contacted me to say sorry. Such a pity.”
