“The surroundings are great. The mountains, the forest. The hotel staff, although they have nothing to do with the private room offered, were very friendly and lent us a quilt and a pillow that we needed. The restaurant staff were also very kind to us. The room is only for two people! We made a reservation for two adults and a child but the information sent was not clear and we had nothing for the child in the room. We would have gladly paid a bit more. We were surprised by the price, but sometimes cheap is expensive. The response from the people renting the room was not the best. Please, a big recommendation: Do not rent the room for 3 people. It is only for two, unless you do it exclusively with an extra bed, including sheet, blanket and towels. We were surprised when we were told several times by the hotel "the owners of the room, which does not belong to the hotel, always give confusing information". This is not a reservation at the hotel, that should be clearly stated so as not to raise false expectations. As for the hotel: The indoor pool is quite small and very cold. You can't really swim in it. It is a children's pool. The billiard table is totally broken. However, the panorama, the restaurant and the bar are very good options to stay in the hotel. Anyway, you only go to sleep after a good hike in the mountains and a round in the sauna ;-) Finally, we give a mark of 4. first of all because of the confusing, perhaps misleading advertising. I recommend you to change it and be more precise. And secondly, because we are offered 15€ for a rating above 8. (is it worth buying the evaluations?)”
