“There was really bad communication. The Hostel had to cancel due to technical issues. They told me morning of my reservation. It was then up to me to call booking.com to initiate the reimbursement process. The costumer service rep then had to call the hostel, but they did not pick up. On the day I was suppose to be checking out with them, I receive a text about checkout. However, I didn’t even stay there and it was crazy they sent a message like I had stay there. I then had to tell them that they needed to call booking.com back so i could get my reimbursement. Eventually I did, but there was no communication or apology.”
