“staff in the restaurant were friendly Small room and very small bed, located under the roof with poor ventilation and uncomfortable heat. Weak sound insulation — noise from neighboring rooms clearly heard at night. After I called the reception about nighttime noise, a woman (likely the owner/manager) came to my room in a bathrobe, speaking loudly and aggressively and demanding explanations. No measures were taken regarding the noisy neighboring room; instead, the interaction was directed only at my room, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. The issue was not properly resolved, and sleep was still disturbed afterward. Reception was not available upon arrival; I had to find assistance myself. Some hotel policies (spa hours, restaurant ordering requirements) were not clearly communicated in advance. Overall, the experience does not match a 4-star hotel standard.”
