“Great Breakfast!! A/C in rooms with great views of the mountains. Great location right in the centre of Inzell. We spent 1 night at the Hotel. All information about the stay, from key location to Parking space was explained via WhatsApp and multiple videos which, while different, is inconvenient, tedious and confusing. The fact that the videos were in German only didn't help, especially when I booked in English. This combined with no Room numbers on the doors is just odd and adds to the confusion. There is no reception or employees on-site to talk to (although the owner did come immediately when i phoned him) except at Breakfast. This is not explained until after the booking process on Booking.com. For close to EUR200/night, I expected more and at least an employee on-site to answer queries/assist with requests.”
