“Comfortable and spacious room really close to the station, nearny St Georg where there are loads of lovely restaurants and cafes. 15 min walk from the Rathaus so loads to see on the doorstep. The hotel was clean but we didn't see any staff whilst we were there, so had the same issue as others with check in, but fortunately we didn't have to wait too long for an answer on the phone when we called to check in at the door. We'd have preferred to see someone at reception simply because we had a broken light bulb that never got fixed, though we did send a few emails. Overall, good value for money but do be prepared for a little momentary anxiousness on arrival when no one answers the doorbell ”
