“My stay at Kloster-Remise in Vienenburg, Goslar, was unfortunately far from pleasant. The moment I arrived, I encountered challenges with the check-in process. I had to call a phone number provided on the back of the hotel on a paper wrote only in German language, which added unnecessary stress to my arrival. After that I had to wait outside for 15-25 minutes until a guy coming with the room keys. To make matters worse, my room was infested with flies, making it uncomfortable and unclean. This significantly affected my ability to rest and enjoy my stay. The lack of cleanliness and pest control was truly disappointing. I regret to say that my experience at Kloster-Remise was one of the low points of my trip, and I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.”
