“The room was quite small and located on the first floor, facing the parking lot and directly above a street-side coffee shop, which made it less appealing and somewhat noisy and no Air Codnitioning in it and limited in Aminities. The breakfast was good, but nothing particularly special or memorable. one restaurant only is available and i dont thing that should be a 4 stars hotel. The spa facilities were satisfactory; however, it only opened at 1:00 PM, which was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel does not have a gym, which I found surprising for a property of this standard. The overall customer service experience was disappointing. A few days before our arrival, we requested to cancel one of the reservations because the booking had somehow been made twice through two different accounts. This was unusual and was only discovered upon our arrival at the hotel. I discussed the matter with the duty manager, but our request for cancellation and a refund was initially rejected. After a lengthy discussion, the hotel offered a €100 restaurant voucher instead of refunding the €911 booking amount, which I did not consider a reasonable solution. Following further discussions, they offered a two-night stay voucher, but only on the condition that we book and pay for an additional two nights during a future stay. I found this proposal unreasonable and not an acceptable resolution to what was clearly an administrative booking issue. Unfortunately, the manager was not particularly helpful or accommodating throughout the process, which further added to our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.”
