“Overall, the hotel left a good impression: excellent location, pleasant room, and a very comfortable bed — everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the pricing approach and service. I encountered a situation where the room rate was significantly higher at the time of booking and then dropped noticeably afterwards. As I needed a hotel in this specific location, I ended up paying a much higher price. This creates a feeling of artificially inflated pricing and a lack of transparency. Additionally, the customer service was disappointing. I asked to extend my checkout by just 2 hours and was asked to pay an extra €15. In many other hotels, when occupancy is low, such a request is accommodated free of charge. It’s a pity that these details affected the overall impression. I will need to travel to Bonn again very soon, but unfortunately I will choose a different hotel due to this pricing and customer approach.”
