“I paid for a serviced workspace and functional apartment but received an unhygienic and structurally neglected unit.There was active rotting and mold spreading on the walls causing a persistent foul odor. There was also a large exposed cavity hole in the wall blocked with tissues to prevent pest infestation. The kitchen sofa and carpets are deeply stained with dirt and grime. The ironing unit was delivered completely ripped and broken and was never replaced. An unprecedented stench was coming from the bathroom. The hotel is completely disorganized and, in my opinion, highly overpriced for the substandard services it provides. Additionally, the reception staff lack proper English language skills, which constantly leads to miscommunications and misunderstandings.”
