“Disrespectful behaviour. DON'T recommend make any Bookings at this Hotel. Hope upper management will pay attention on it. I will keep posting reviews until my case will be resolved. Made Booking through Booking.com. According to the Booking.com this Hotel accepts Booking.com policy, not their own when clients making reservation through Booking. On the same day I made reservation I sent cancellation request through Booking with the option not charge any fees. No one reacted on the same day, only when 24 hours passed and they had to react they declined the request. Then I called to the Booking.com Customer service and they confirmed that this Hotel is responsible for cancellation free of charge. When I sent the message to the Hotel they simply ignored Booking.com response. I hope upper management will hear and help to cancel the reservation. Reservation number: 6413847405”
