“My single room had a bit of old world charm, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom really good, with a nice strong shower. The location was very good with easy access to the U-Bahn. Close to the City Center and all essentials within walking distance. The breakfast room is charming and the buffet is outstanding. The information regarding the internet password in my room was false, but the concierge argued with me that indeed it was. The reception had the correct code! But argued the toss. The chair in my room was in need of urgent repair, the TV did not work, yes I did plug it in! Could not be bothered to ask for help as I felt that for the everything was just too much trouble. Room was not serviced, and reception would only accept correct change for the wine I consumed in the room, extra credit card cost! Lace or similar curtains in the room could have provided extra privacy.”
