“The room is very big, enough space for 2 people. Big and comfortable beds. Quite big dining table with chairs. Friendly receptionist. Easy check-in and check-out. Free parking in front of the hotel. ( but always very full ) Good location, not too far away from Zell and the Mosel Valley. Very nice nature view from the balcony of our room. The hotel located in the nature with very nice view , fresh air and a lot of birds. Reasonable price. The room is quite dark especially in the evening, not enough light. The hotel is under construction, our balcony was packed with plastic, could not sit or relax on the balcony as it was always wet after heavy rain. This is very disappointed as it was NOT mentioned when we booked the room. Parking in front of the hotel is not easy as it was always very full. The room is not clean, could find a lot of spider web under the sofa sit. There was not enough shower gel for 2 people inside the bathroom, even we asked the cleaner to refill it, she only refilled very very little. It's just unbelievable! There was nobody clean up our room during our stay ( 2 nights ), the cleaner only cleared the dustbins but didn't make the beds or change the towels. Even the floor of our room also quite dirty. We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and could not sleep well as there were a big group of people ( included 5 children and some adults ) who stayed just next door and had party every night. The children ran, jumped, laughed and screamed while the adults talked and laughed very loud like in their owned home. The party repeated every night until quite late. We could not rest or sleep before the party over. It was really terrible! This is of course not the fault of the hotel, the guests who stayed in the hotel should respect other guest and behaved themselves. Hotel is not your owned home, hotel room is also NOT a playground for your kids, especially in the evening.”
