“The room was spacious enough (28m2) and aesthetic. The price is not justified and I will not consider this a a hotel. The toiletries should have been part of this price. The room was not cleaned despite notifying the cleaner and the receptionist. After coming back to the hotel exhausted late in the night, the rooms remained uncleaned and there was no staff available at the reception to take the discussion further. We called them up through the number on Google and literally had to beg for getting at least the towels, if not getting the room cleaned. We checked in late evening so there is no provision for having dinner within the property’s premises. You would need to go out. We ordered through app from a restaurant about 15 kms away from the property (the only one accepting delivery in odd hours) which took almost an hour to arrive. We were allotted a parking spot and a card mentioning the slot, which was taken up by someone else the next day. We had to park to the next available slot ourselves. And yes, there was no one at reception to hear our plea. I would not suggest anyone to choose this if you seek a true hotel experience and especially if you are with an infant like me. We were given keys to another room which we booked. On confronting that the keys are of different room and not of the one which we were allotted, the blame was on us on not checking in correctly.”
