“Breakfast, it was good. there was more than enough. The staff, some were excellent, some were, well not so. The dining area was smart and tidy. The bedroom was basic but clean and tidy. The bedroom had solid walls. The bathroom was well up to date. Communication. Settling up for evening meals and drinks....was required in cash. I did not know that in advance. I had to drive to the near by town to get some cash out. However, there were many images of credit cards on the wall. I questioned this, but it fell on deaf ears. Those that could speak English suddenly showed no comprehension. Also I find it 'cheap' that when you are offered coffee after a meal, you find out later that it is an additional charge. Small but annoying.”
