“The location is excellent, with tram stops nearby that take you to the center and other parts of Prague. There are also restaurants open late and several shops, including Lidl. The room is clean, the furniture is new, and the kitchen works perfectly. They can change your towels and make your bed if needed (I stayed there for two weeks). The reception is open 24 hours, which is very convenient and always open to questions and requests. For me, as a woman, this also means feeling safe. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The only thing was a strange sound in the toilet, which scared me at first (I thought that my neighbor hammered nails every day and I was upset that I had no luck with my neighbor), but something was knocking in the ventilation from time to time, but then I just got used to it) The induction hob could also jam during cooking and show an error on the screen, but it was enough to remove the pan from the stove and everything was ok.”
