“The location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes walk from Old Town but far enough outside the main tourist areas to offer a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The hotel itself is fantastic with a lovely ambiance, incredibly clean, and helpful reception staff. We stayed in a 7th floor Deluxe room that was tastefully decorated in keeping with the rest of the hotel, was a decent size with a balcony offering views of Prague Castle, a very comfortable best and decent bathroom. My only complaint was that restaurant staff appeared miserable and made no effort to interact with guests although I believe that may be Czech custom. We also had a bad experience when attempting to eat at the restaurant on our 2nd night. The room itself was quiet with only a family of three present. We waited at the entrance, expecting to be shown a seat and were ignored. We went to reception and was advised to ask at the bar. The young lady we spoke to rolled her eyes - giving the impression we were interrupting her, told us we could sit anywhere, gave us the menu then left. We waited 10 minutes then left ourselves and ate elsewhere. I've no idea how good or bad the food is at the hotel as we didnt bother after that experience.”
