“The room was relatively clean, spacious and quiet. This hotel claims to be 4*, so I expect some level of comfort and services so I don't need to invest much of my time and brain cycles into the stay. In my particular case: 1) information that 4* hotel doesn't have reception open 24h came via mail when I was already traveling -- so it was surprise for me. Luckily a security guy let me in. 2) There was an envelope with my name on the reception, the card inside didn't work with my room. Luckily, I was with colleague. His envelope was missing on reception but there was another with different name on it and he went for that one. Surprisingly, his card worked with my room and mine with his at the end. 3) The invoice they produced for me the next day contained mistake in dates and was not accepted by my organization. I had to ask for another one via email. As said, decent hotel in good location but in 4* hotel you expect minimum surprises...”
